Details: We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic for a busy shop in Aberdeen, SD. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience working on a variety of Heavy Construction and/or Agricultural Equipment such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Volvo, Case, Komatsu, Liebherr, Link Belt, Kobelco, Hitachi, etc. Strong hydraulic and electrical skills will be considered an asset along with great customer service skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision. This will be predominantly a shop role but you must be flexible to do occasional service calls at customers job sites. COMPENSATION $20.15 - $28.60/hour. The wage will be dependant on experience. Extra premiums are allocated for field service and shift work. Boot allowance, pension plan contribution, and benefits are also available after the 3 month probation period. SHIFTS Days, (Monday to Friday) or Afternoons, (Monday to Thursday, 4 days x 10 hour shifts). There is also a weekend shift available.
